Chasing coins (anyone)

Keelan walked down the main street though the open market, his weasel tail swishing behind him as his hips swayed a little as he walked. People of all kinds were all around; part mammals and birds and strange hybrids that he'd never seen before all made up the complex mix of shoppers. The market was bustling with activity, people pushing passed one another to get to the stalls, find the best deals, eat the right foods that had been recomended to them. They all had their own little role to play, whether it was shopkeeper, customer, or just a random person walking down the street. Keelan's role, on the otherhand, wasn't as innocent.
His green eyes scanned the various stalls with interest. On some of the countertops were shiney things and other objects that sparkled. They caught his eye, but were probably worthless trinkets. No, he had to find something more...worthy of his attention.
He stopped when he heard the beautiful jingle of coins in a purse, and stopped dead in his tracks to try and locate the sound. A few people that had been behind him accidentally slammed into him after his sudden stop, cursed at him violently, and brushed passed him to pursue whatever it was they had been shopping for. He, however, pointedly ignored them and strained his pointed ears to pick up the sound of coins clinking against one another. Once he about located it, he followed close behind, with a cheerful spring in his step. It sounded like this person, whoever it was, had a fair amount of cash on them. He well looked foreward to 'ridding them' of the added weight of those coins.

Adrian was now taking his food to a rich looking old man that was some kind of wolf. He was playing with his money in front of Sacta like saying to him that he will never see again so much money in his life. Although Adrian was ready and enough angry to smash his head in the wall of his own bar, he just left the food in front of him slamming it on the table and took the sack of money while it was in the air. "Sir, your food is ready." Adrian was more grunting than talking, and once the wolf ended his food, he was going to kick him out his place.

Keelan followed the man into a bar of sorts and growled quietly, or more like hissed. Weasels don't generally growl. His green eyes locked on the beetle-man, taking in the blue and green, shell-like skin and odd yellow eyes. By the sounds of it, he was a waiter or the owner of the bar, and was attending to the man with the money; the wolf who happened to be playing with a set of coins. Almost a blatant boast.
He looked towards the beetle-man, who was obviously unamused by this display, if peeved. The weasel man snickered, and walked over to him once he'd put a bit of distance between himself and the wolf. "Man, is Wolfy over there getting on your nerves or is it just me?" he asked amiably, winking. "Say I stop him from showing off all those pretty coins... ...would you help me out? There might be something in it for you"

Adrian looked at the little boy there and whispered to him while he entered the kitchen. "I have my money already for giving him what he wanted, so you can do whatever you wish, IF you don't make anything to my bar." Then he took some fish from the kitchen and started cooking it knowing that later, two customers were going to come to celebrate some kind of birthday or something. "Yes, he's pissing me off, so if you need help probably I will think if helping you or not." He went out of the kitchen while the fish was in the fire and whispered again so the wolf was not able to hear him. "By the way, the name's Adrian."

Keelan grinned at him, positively beaming. "Brilliant! I'm Keelan if you care to know" he thought for a second after saying this, wondering if he should continue telling Adrian is plan or not. The other didn't seem all to bothered what he did. He shrugged and continued in a lower voice.
"Maybe if you just...oh... I don't know..." he fumbled with words, trying to find something appropriate to say, "Keep the man busy for a little bit. Maybe talk to him about his meal, or argue with him or something.". Here, he winked again. "While there's a distraction I'll take his money. Mind you, I don't usually call on help from somebody, but this is different. I'll give you half the cash if all goes well"

Adrian looked at the boy trying to hide that he liked his style. "Yeah. Anyway I already said it to you, I'm already payied for my work, so you can take all the money. And don't try to tempt me again with money, understood?" Adrian approached the wolf and he cracked his knuckles. He was going to enjoy the moment! After being behind his victim for a while, he threw a plamstrike at the back of his head. The wolf just was smashed against the table and fell on floor cause of the pain. "Oh sorry, there was a big bug surely trying to bit you sir. But don't care anymore, I will take care of that." Adrian just took him by the shoulder and left his right side looking at the roof of the bar. The maney was hanging from his pocket making it a easy target. "Just wait a little bit, I will take some medicine or something, just in case that the big bad bug was able to bit you sir."

Keelan nodded vigerously, "Okay, I understant. No temtpy Adrian with money". He grinned; it was nice to find people who weren't corrupted by money like he himself was. He watched with complete amusement as the beetle-man stode over to the wolf and smacked him roughly on the back of the head, his excuse being that a bug was about to bite him. The irony there was almost enough to make the part-weasel double over in peels of laughter.
His amusement at the spectacle was put on hold as he caght sight of a little tan coin purse that was hanging out of the man's pocket, practically calling to him. He coughed, preparing himself, and walked over to the pair.
Once there, he stooped down to pick up a bit of dropped food on the floor (chicken or something of the like maybe), and snatched up the little coinpurse in one graceful motion. As he straightened up, replacing the meat on the plate and quickly tucked the money into his own pocket. A job well executed.
"I hate to see good food go to waist like that" Keelan explained to the wolf who was still in Adrian's grip. He smiled amiably at the beetle, "Do continue. Have fun"

Adrian looked at Keelan with a glance that said for itself:"I will do so." Adrian just put at the neck of the wolf really hot oil saying that it was just a cream for the bugs. "Men, if it hurts so much to you, that means that he really attacked you. Well, I'm sorry, but the medicines are not free, so there are coming five gold coins sir." The wolf started searching for his money affraid of what the crazy guy in front of him was able to do to him. Wolf: My money... It's not here. Please, I have no money... Wait... The w-w-weasel boy he... He..." Without waiting one more moment Adrian took the wolf by the neck and started shouting at him. "Hey, you know that I need to spend a lot of money to make this thing?" Adrian took the wolf by the tail and the back of his shirt. Once he grabbed him, he threw the victim at the middle of the street and shouted once more: "I don't want to see you around this place until I leave. If not..." The wolf just started running down the street to go away of the anger of the beetle-man. Luck, there was not a soul walking through the streets at the moment except his new customers, some cat-boys that seemed to be pretty better than the last one.

Keelan strode off into the far corner of the bar after pocketing the money, chatting lightly with a cute cat-girl for a while as the beetle finished up his business. His sensitive ears picked up snippets of the conversation, and the distinctive sound of the wolf finally being thrown out of the bar. He wrapped up his little flirting game with the cat-girl and stalked over to Adrian, green tail swishing behind him as he walked.
He smiled, knowing that all the customers who witnessed that would be a lot nicer while they dined and drank, lest they be thrown out as well. His eyes glinted with barely-concealed delight. "Nice throw" he said. And it had been, throwing a full-grown wolf half-way down the street. Then again, the beetle was huge in height, and was practically bursting at the seams with muscles.

The unarmored part of skin under Adrian's eyes, turned red after hearing Keelan's compliment and he scratched the back of his head a little ashamed: "Heh heh, you think so?... I mean." Adrian surprised himself acting like he was doing, so he gave his back to the weasel-boy and crossed his arms around his chest. "*ahem* Yeah, not bad, but I can do it ten times better, I just don't want to hurt people too much. That was just a warming up." Adrian then went to the kitchen and took the fish out of the fire just in time. Then he left the food on the table and went to the back of the bar to take the wheels. Once the people end eating, he was going to move the bar away to another random part of the city.

Keelan chuckled quietly at Adrian's modesty, catching on to the fact the beetle had become a little shy at the compliment and had hurriedly turned back to his work. It was interesting to say the least. The part-weasel shook his head at this, watching the other go about his business before finally deciding it was time to take his leave.
"Well, I don't want to crowd you anymore. I did my business, and I rather think you had your bit of fun as well" he said, "I'll get going then. Thank you for your help. Maybe I'll swing by your bar again some time, but as a customer. Not to get you caught up in my little schemes, you know?"
